Michael Woods recently topped the UK charts with a production for British star,Example. 'Changed The Way You Kiss Me' hit Number 1 on the week of its release and is still riding high for a second week running, proving once again his consistency and skill as a producer. Although he already carries a lengthy back catalogue of influential anthems such as 'VMS', 'Front Line', 'Burned You Away' and 'No Access', and tracks with fellow superstars Chris Lake, Funkagenda and Mark Knight, it's not enough and he will still be found crafting more of his signature sounds in his London based studio, producing tracks like the recent 'Fruitcake' (on Toolroom Records) and working on more tracks for Ministry of Sound.
Although Michael Woods will be found at his usual haunts in Ibiza; playing at the prestigious Space, the brand new Sankey's, and returning to Cream at Amnesia, he is also touring around North America appearing in San Francisco, San Diego, Hollywood, Miami to name a few. Michael Woods will be topping his tour off with a début appearance at the Electric Zoo Festival in New York.
